Neralu wasn’t built overnight — it grew quietly, one project at a time, through trust, word of mouth, and a belief that design should mean something.
I started this studio because I felt architecture could be more — more detailed, more thoughtful, more client-focused. This city was ready for it. People were moving beyond just four walls — they wanted spaces that reflected who they are, how they live, and what they value.
At Neralu, we approach each project with clarity, patience, and common sense — from macro-level ideas to the tiniest detail. Every space is tailored to its people, not the other way around. We don’t believe in adjusting lives to fit a layout — we design so that the space adjusts to you.
What keeps us going is simple: ethics, hard work, and the quiet satisfaction of creating spaces that feel exactly right. Each project, in its own way, leaves something to be proud of.

We recently got our 4BHK flat interiors at Nikoo Homes 4 done by Neralu Design Interiors, and we are extremely happy with the overall experience and final outcome. Our design journey started almost a year ago because we wanted to spend enough time thinking through every detail. After living in rented apartments for nearly 10 years, we were very clear that our own home had to be practical, functional, and easy to live in every day. We wanted a home that was subtle yet effective, with function taking priority over form. Before meeting Neralu, we spoke to multiple interior firms, but most of them tried to place their own solutions on top of our problems without really understanding our choices. This is where Joel from Neralu Design Studios truly stood out. He patiently took the time to understand our preferences, lifestyle, and design conflicts. He never imposed his choices on us. Instead, he helped us refine our own thoughts and resolve design frictions over time. One of our most important requirements was that our home should reflect parts of our childhood. We wanted a large living room library where we could keep all our books together. Designing this along with the TV unit was not easy, especially with constraints from water sprinklers and smoke detectors. But Joel handled it beautifully. He followed all builder regulations while still creating an aesthetic that brings back the charm of childhood libraries. That part of the home is very special to us. We spent around three months working closely on the design details, and because we had taken the time to think through everything, we instantly connected with the 3D designs when Joel presented them. The entire design phase was comfortable, thoughtful, and collaborative. Patience is a virtue in this process, and Joel has truly mastered it. The execution started in January 2026. Joel planned the implementation in two major phases: civil work and carpentry. The civil work took about a month, and the carpentry team followed a well-planned timeline. The entire interior work was completed in four months. Wasim played an instrumental role in ensuring that the execution stayed on track and was completed on time. We absolutely love the finished home. Joel was also professional enough to support us multiple times even after we moved in and settled down, which we truly appreciate. Both Joel and Wasim are knowledgeable, approachable, and thoughtful individuals. You can have a comfortable conversation with them not just about interiors, but about many other things as well. That comfort and trust stayed throughout the entire journey. We loved working with Neralu Design Interiors and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a team that listens, understands, designs with patience, and executes with care. We will definitely come back to them for our future endeavors.

From the very first meeting to the final touches, joel didn’t just design a house, he turned our dreams into reality. Every corner of our home reflects thought, creativity, elegance, and care beyond what we imagined. What makes this journey even more special is that somewhere along the process, he stopped being just our architect and became family. His patience, dedication, understanding, and support throughout the project made us feel completely confident and comfortable at every step. Thank you for creating not just a beautiful space, but a home filled with emotion, warmth, and memories. We will always be grateful for the passion and heart you put into making our vision come alive. Highly recommended to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and their dreams.

We had an excellent experience working with Neralu Design Studio on the interior design and execution of our villa. After evaluating several interior design companies, we ultimately chose Neralu for several key reasons: •	Thorough Understanding of Requirements: Joel and his team invested significant time in understanding our specific needs, focusing on functionality, aesthetics, and thematic elements. Their ability to listen attentively, observe, and pay close attention to detail was invaluable. Several other companies we considered offered quick quotations with minimal consultation, simply asking for a CAD file. Thankfully, we didn’t opt for that approach. •	Design Development: Neralu’s approach to transforming our requirements into a cohesive design was exceptional. They engaged a professional team to visit the site, measure each space (despite the CAD diagrams already being shared), and assess the actual site conditions. They also took comprehensive photos of the villa to ensure accurate 3D renderings with two theme options. Design and aesthetics are inherently subjective, and we went through a couple of iterations before finalizing it. We had sufficient time to perfect the design—approximately six months before the villa was ready for possession. •	Budget Transparency: The budgeting process was transparent and well-structured. While there’s no definitive upper limit on spending for interiors, managing and adhering to a budget is key. Joel provided a detailed breakdown of the costs, listing each item involved, which ensured we were always informed. •	Execution Process: The execution of the design was a smooth and pleasant experience. Having spent ample time on the design phase, there were very few changes during the execution—just minor adjustments in a couple of areas. As a result, we maintained the original design for 95% of the project, avoiding significant delays and cost overruns. •	Phased Execution for Budget Control: We divided the execution into three phases to prioritize deliverables and maintain control over the budget. Phases one and two were completed as planned, and although there was a small increase in budget (around 5%), Joel communicated it transparently with supporting documentation. Phase 3 is some aesthetics like wall papers and décor items that would be carried out soon. In summary, Neralu created a cozy and beautiful environment in our villa that we now happily call home. We highly recommend Neralu for any home interior projects as they consistently deliver high-quality results within budget and on schedule.

Joel, the founder of Neralu and my fellow classmate from Architecture, was always a standout—top 5 in our college and an absolute master of levels and spatial design 🏅 🏅 🏅 His fluency in understanding both the technicalities and the client's vision is unparalleled. 🕺🏻👏🏻🎉🫡 With a solid, hard-working team behind him, Neralu creates magnificent designs that speak for themselves. Currently in discussion and brain storming with him on the expansion of my sports arena as I’m convinced—there’s no one better than Joel for the job. Neralu comes with my highest recommendation. 🔥
